Royce Whittaker

Royce is multi-instrumentalist, audio engineer and producer based in Los Angeles, CA. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Royce grew up in a studio environment and began touring as a guitarist at the age of 17 with various acts ranging from pop to metal. As a playback engineer Royce has worked with artists including Ariana Grande, Mariah Carey, Mariah Carey, Kesha, Meek Mill, Lil Wayne, Iggy Azalea and more. In addition to working as a playback engineer Royce is well versed as a musical director, producer, mixing engineer, and touring musician. In 2020, he mixed Megan Thee Stallion’s SNL performance and Zara Larson’s performance on the EMA’s. He recently signed on as musical director and bandmate for the synth wave band, The Midnight. When he's not touring, Royce keeps busy writing, recording, and producing with his indie pop band, Jupiter Winter. Royce has a passion for innovative pop music and helping artists realize their vision through his expertise and unique skill set.
