Who are you?

Phoebe Danskin, a Vermont-based producer/composer/artist specializing in punchy, percussive, electronic-oriented pop. My latest artist project, phoebemonster, showcases my deadpan swagger vocals over (you guessed it) punchy, percussive pop beats. Marmoset also represents several of my other projects, including KittyGunPhoebe & HimSilverbrightMajor Babe, and StickyBomb. I’ve also had the pleasure of co-writing and producing songs with Moia BriLio RockiFemme PhenomenalCity Wolf, and Glenna Bree. Additionally, I handle many of Marmoset’s customization jobs for major brand ad clients.

How has working with Marmoset impacted you?

Back in 2020, I discovered the world of sync and was amazed to find a company like Marmoset that prioritizes core values and positive impact in the music industry. Reaching out to their in-house composer Graham Barton turned out to be a game-changer—his mentorship has been invaluable to my growth. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with the Marmoset team, and my best music is represented by them. Marmoset has consistently landed me top syncs and customization jobs for major brands, providing a steady source of income. Their high standards and emphasis on teamwork, communication, and respect makes working with them one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. I’m excited to continue growing with them.

What is the placement you’ve done with Marmoset that you’re most proud of?

My most exciting sync to date was for Maybelline’s Teddy Tint campaign, featuring ‘Mm Yeah,’ a song I co-wrote and produced for Femme Phenomenal. Since much of my work is crafted with the cosmetic and tech industries in mind—Maybelline’s ad music being a key inspiration—it was especially rewarding to see my goal of targeting specific brands come to fruition.
